Dr. Matthew D. McReynolds, Dentist
Dr. McReynolds grew up outside of Duncan, Oklahoma, in a rural community known as Empire. After graduation, he attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated in 1998 with his B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Shortly thereafter, he joined the Boeing Company as a Systems Engineer.
After working as an engineer for many years and traveling quite often, he decided to change careers so that he could use his hands and spend more time with his family. He always wanted to be a dentist since 13 and finally joined Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2012. He and his family moved to Columbus, where he earned his DDS degree and became a Buckeye!
Upon returning to Oklahoma, his focus has been on implementing new technology in the practice. So far he has converted the clinic into a fully digital office, use of a laser, intraoral scanner to take the place of the goopy impression material, same day milling of crowns, 3-D printing of casts and fabrication of clear aligners among other things to come!
At Progressive Dental, he and the team are constantly evaluating and looking for ways to improve the quality of dental care and treatment provided to patients. In his spare time he loves to spend time with his family as well as running, golfing and fishing.
Megan, Office Manager
Megan has been our office manager since 2018 when she joined Progressive Dental. She is the expert on insurance plans and can answer most any question relating to benefits.
She grew up in Mustang, Oklahoma before she moved to "God's country" (Stillwater).
She brings over 23+ years of experience to Progressive Dental. She is often seen addressing financial and treatment concerns with patients and their families.
Megan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading a good book, and traveling. She is a proud dog mom and huge golf fan!
Carol, Vice President of Scheduling
Carol is from the great state of Mississippi where she learned her charming southern draw! Her smile is the first to greet you and she is willing to help you in any way she can.
She brings over 30 years of experience in the dental field to Progressive Dental.
She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and truly cared for.
She loves spending time with her 2 grandchildren because family is everything to her. Outside of family time it is gardening time!

Tori, Dental Hygienist
With a passion for healthy smiles and patient care, Tori has been a dedicated dental hygienist for over 9 years. Known for her gentle touch and a friendly approach, she prioritizes patient comfort while delivering thorough cleanings, preventative care, and oral health education.
Tori is from Yukon, OK but loves "God's country". She graduated from OU with her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2017. She loves being a dental hygienist and getting to know all of her patients!
Outside of work she loves going to the lake, spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and spending time with her husband, Wyatt, daughter and labradoodle, Nash.
She is the office ESPN that can tell you anything about most sports as well as name the title and artist of most songs.
Daisha, Dental Assistant
Daisha has been with us for over 5 years as an awesome dental assist!
She is known for her heart warming laugh and making patients comfortable and at ease during their visit. Daisha has a passion for understanding how and why things work or heal the way they do.
From Peoria, IL, Daisha moved to Oklahoma in 2017 to escape the snow. She loves the people of Oklahoma and enjoys making meaningful connections with her patients.
She loves reading, eating and spending time with her 2 sons. As long as she has “service” (cell phone connectivity) she’s happy.
Daisha is a valued member of our team, and we’re grateful for the positive energy and compassion she brings to the practice every day.
Audra, Dental Assistant
Known for her friendly personality and attention to detail, Audra strives to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for during their visit. With a strong interest in the surgical side of dentistry and sterilization, she takes pride in keeping procedures smooth, safe and efficient.
Originally from Oklahoma City, OK, Audra is a graduate of Harrah High School and has been working as a dental assistant for three years. She recently married her husband in August and is excited to continue building both her career and her life her in Oklahoma.
Outside of the office, Audra enjoys doing nails, embracing all things girly, and spending quality time with her family. She and her husband also share life with their dog, Ruger, who keeps things fun at home.
Audra is a valued part of the Progressive Dental team and her dedication and positive energy help create a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through the door.
